  • Most recently, active as a manager in “Manager Learning & Organizational Development Europe” for a Fortune 500 US company
  • Continuous deepening of own professional skills and expertise through participation in advanced systemic qualification programs

In the course of my professional career, coupled with my experience in a number of different areas of responsibility, I was able to gain valuable insights and a deep understanding of an organization across all levels. Accordingly, I was also effectively able to integrate this knowledge into the change process. I am convinced that the ability to intervene and act competently at all levels of a system, be it production, sales, middle management or top management, using both heart and mind, and a clear focus on the best approach for addressing the specific target group at hand, is absolutely essential for attaining success.
